Raptor Nation: the JH girls game that was previously postponed with Storm Lake St Mary’s will now be made up Monday, January 13th at St.Marys at 4:15. Details on which level is playing that game TBA.
Raptor Nation: The JH girls basketball game with MVAO that was postponed on Friday due to weather is now cancelled and will not be made up.
Raptor Nation: Busy, busy night for the Raptors activities department. We will be hosting West Monona in JV and varsity basketball action beginning at 4 o’clock in the north gym and we will also be playing host to a quadrangular girls wrestling home meet for senior night in the south gym. If you are attending the basketball game, please use either entrance to the North gym complex on the east or west side. If you are attending the wrestling meet, you will use the main entrance to the high school. The hallway between the north and south gyms will be locked. If you would like to attend both events, we are charging two separate admission fees. There will also be a daycare bake sale at the basketball game. Activity tickets will be accepted . Hello all:
If you and your student are interested in the Spring 2025 Drivers Ed Class that will take place here at the school in Holstein this coming spring, please have your child fill out the google form I sent them in their school email. If they did not receive the email, please let me know right away and I will resend it.
This has been announced at school also so they may have done this already.
Based on the response to the form, I will send you the Registration and Information Packet via mail after Feb. 1st. To be eligible to take Drivers Ed this spring, your child must have obtained their Learners Permit before the first day of class, Thursday, March 6, 2025. Raptor Nation: There are a few schedule changes for this week.
- There will be no JV girls game on Thursday night it will be a JVR /JV boys game starting at 6:00 PM in the North Gym.
- Friday there will be a make up game with MVAOCOU in Schaller starting at 4:00 PM. The girls will play 6 quarters. - There will NOT be a corresponding boys game that night in Anthon.
-Friday Night, the After-Prom Committee will be hosting their annual cake auction and the annual FFA will be hosting their Soup Supper during the home basketball games.
