Raptor Elite Alert: Madison Stowater, senior at Ridge View has qualified in the high jump at the Drake Relays. She will jump Thursday afternoon at 4:30.
Madison is the current record holder for Ridge View in the high jump with a jump of 5'4"

Congratulations to the boys track team in winning the meet on Friday and to the girls for placing second. Also, a special congratulations to Cora Tesch for breaking the school record in the high jump with a leap of 4' 8".
This week High School Students are going through a Mental Health Awareness curriculum call Between the Bells. Between the Bells is a school based program sponsored by To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) focusing on issues surrounding mental health including depression and suicide. The Galva Holstein 2nd graders learned about the parts of a corn plant with Danika Hinkelday during an Ag in the Classroom lesson!

Mrs. Wiese's class raised the most money for the Kids Heart Challenge and were treated to a Pizza Party!
