RAPTOR NATION: School Picture Retake Day will be on Tuesday, Oct. 20th in all buildings for the SC District and GH District. Retake Day is for anyone who was absent when school pictures were taken and for those who need a retake (the full photo packet must be returned if you need a retake). Elementary Parents: Please let your child's teacher know if they will be getting a retake or missed the first time so the teacher knows to send them for retakes.

Last week, as part of Fire Safety & Prevention Week, the GH 1st grade classes visited the Holstein Fire station today. They toured the fire station, learned about their gear, played fireman freeze tag, colored thank you pictures, and ate a yummy grilled lunch prepared by the firefighters!

Come down to the Holstein Football Field tonight to celebrate our home Homecoming football game under the new lights against the Alta-Aurelia Warriors! Admission is $7 at the gate. Game time is set for 7 p.m. with the announcements of our Grand Marshals and Homecoming Royalty at 6:40 p.m. We have a special half time performance by our very own Raptor Marching Band and Dance Team!! The Health Leader Award recognizes students who consistently exemplify physical literacy and outstanding effort in our school’s health and physical education programs. Each month, two students will be nominated for this distinction, with one recipient selected by each high school physical education teacher.
The September 2026 Health Leaders are Junior Hannah Brown and Freshman Drake Carstens! Hannah was nominated by Coach Wilken for her exceptional work ethic in Strength & Conditioning. Drake was nominated by Coach Downs for his excellent participation and investment in Health I. They have both earned a one-month free membership pass to the Lohff-Schumann Community Center. Congratulations!
