The Week Two winners for Mrs. Carlson's poetry contest at the Ridge View Middle School were Tierney Thompson, Braelyn Witzke, and Shae Rapp. We have had many high quality pieces of work.
Our SC 5th graders had an awesome couple of days diving into science with the Sac County Naturalist, Dakota Popp!
We explored Food Webs and Animal Classifications through hands-on learning and real-world examples. Huge thanks to Ms. Popp for bringing her passion and expertise to our classroom—it was a wild time full of discovery and excitement!
Galva-Holstein Lower Elementary is hosting a Buy One Get One FREE scholastic book fair April 22-25 in the Holstein Media Center. Stock up on books for this summer!

Summer Drivers Ed will be offered in June at the Holstein building. Your child must be 14 and obtained a Learners Permit by the first day of class on June 9th to be eligible to take Drivers Ed. An email has been sent to all 8th through 12th graders with a Google Doc to sign up if interested. Based on that, Registration Packets will be mailed home to those that signed up.
